HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?...That is the beginning of most all of the news stories happening today.

SFO Airport...Crash...How does the pilot with only 43 hours of flying a Boeing 777...never landing one...get chosen out of two sets of pilots on a international flight? The folks at these airliners...I thought... run extremely tight ships and this guy gets to take a test drive with 300 + folks on board. Again HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?
